Helmets
Probably 60% of people regularly riding in London use a helmet, but it isn't a legal requirement. If you want a helmet, buy one from somewhere you get fitting advice, help with sizing and a good selection. A badly fitted helmet is probably worse than no helmet at all. For most people £35—£50 is a sensible price range. Spend more and you will get a better fitting, lighter and more ventilated helmet.
